Warranty

Taching Electronic Sdn Bhd (TESB) warrants that the product you have purchased from TESB or from and TESB authorized reseller is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for one year from the purchase date shown on your sales slip. During the warranty period, TEBS will repair or replace defective parts of the product with new parts, or with serviceable used parts that are superior or equivalent in performance to new parts, without charge. You must pay all shipping charges, insurance, taxes, or duties to send the product for repairs to TESB at: Unit C-09-03, Block C-9, Level 3, SetiaWalk, Persiaran Wawasan, Pusat Bandar Puchong, 47160 Puchong, Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia.

This Limited Warranty extends only to the original purchaser, and to product purchased from TESB or its authorized resellers, and is valid only in the country in which the product was purchased. The Limited Warranty extends only to products purchased from TESB or from TESB authorized resellers. The Limited Warranty does not extend to any product which has been damaged or rendered defective (1) as a result of accident, misuse, or abuse; (2) as a result of an act of God; (3) by operation outside of specified usage parameters in our product guide; (4) by use of parts not manufactured or sold by TESB (5) by modification of the products; or (6) as a result of service by anyone other than TESB or its authorized service representatives.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN THIS WARRANTY, TESB MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANT ABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. TESB EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALLWARRANTIES NOT STATED IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES THAT MAYBE IMPOSED BY LAW ARE LIMITED TO THE TERMS OF THIS EXPRESSED LIMITED WARRANTY. TESB is not liable for any damages caused by the product or by the failure of the product to perform, including any lost profits, lost savings, incidental damages or consequential damages. TESB is not liable for any claim made by a third party or made by you for a third party. This limitation applies whether any damages are sought, or a claim made, under this this warranty or as a tort claim (including negligence and strict product liability), a contract claim, or any other claim. This limitation cannot be waived or amended by any person. This limitation liability will be effective even if TESB or any authorized representative of TESB has been advised by you of the possibility of such damages.
